Responsibilities: Full recruitment cycle: from application to onboarding Work with hh.uz, olx.uz, Telegram channels, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups Conducting initial interviews and candidate assessments Maintaining a CRM database of resumes and candidates Preparing weekly recruitment reports Participating in employer brand development

Requirements: 1-2 years of recruiting experience (intermediate level) Successful experience filling vacancies in IT and non-IT industries Excellent knowledge of the labor market in Uzbekistan and the CIS Fluent in Russian and English Skills with hh.uz, Telegram, and LinkedIn Responsibility, consistency, and the ability to multitask
